General Reservation Policies
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. We do require an advance deposit on all reservations. Room or cottage reservations may be changed or canceled up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival; after that date, the deposit is nonrefundable. An early check-out fee of $50 may apply if checking out earlier than the check-out date of your reservation.
Advance deposits on all reservations are payable by check, money order, or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Carte Blanche, American Express, JCB or Diners Club)
Children under 18 stay free in the same room with their parents. Additional adults (more than 2) are $12.00 per adult per night. Rollaways are available at $12.00 per night. Cribs are available at no charge.
Guestrooms and cottage numbers cannot be pre-assigned; however, we will make a note on your request and make every effort will be made to honor your request.
We regret that Ohio law prohibits pets in guestrooms. A limited number of cottages at select state parks allow pets. Contact the reservation center at 1.800.ATAPARK for more details. Lists of area kennels are available upon request.
Our lodges are liquor permit holders, and in accordance with the Ohio Liquor Laws, alcoholic beverages purchased off premises are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.
As a reminder, public areas (i.e. Upper and Lower Lobby Areas) are for the enjoyment of all guests. Our company policy requires that food be purchased through the lodge and consumed only in the dining room, lounge or private meeting room. Therefore, no food is to be consumed in the public areas. Private meeting rooms are available through the Sales Office for larger gatherings.

Reservations Hours of Operation
Open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, daily. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
