Team Building Games, Activities and Challenges
Team building is fun and can be the key to learning. Indoor and Outdoor Team Development Programs are available based upon your organizations needs. Your company can easily learn to work together more effectively by learning to play together with our team building events. Our lodges offer a variety of recreational activities ideal for group outings and teambuilding. Activities vary by lodge, and may include paintball, golf and geocaching, Olympic Challenge Games, Scavenger Hunts and more. In addition to our onsite activities team, our team building partners are ready to work with you to create a more structured team building event at any of our Ohio State Park Lodges. Our partners will work with you to tailor an event to meet your goals, themes, and budget.
A sample of our Team Development Programs
- GPS Adventure: This event involves one or more teams going on a high tech adventure using GPS units to traverse around a Ohio State Park Lodge.
- Cycle Works: Give back to your community through team building. After the task of constructing a bike, teams give the completed bike to a charity of choice.
- Master Chef: A cutting edge team development program with the focus on food. Prepare and present your teams dish to vie for the title of Master Chef.
- Daytona Challenge: Build a race car from limited materials then it is off to the pits of The State Park Raceway and a race to the finish line.
- America’s Cup Challenge: Create a functional boat with an array of materials then teams race across one of the beautiful Ohio State Park Lodge Lakes.
- Survivor Challenge: Ultimate team challenge by integrating the GPS Adventure and either the Daytona or America’s Cup Challenge.
- Building Bridges: Design and construct a Team Roller Coaster out of K’nex toys and other building materials. It takes a group collaboration for success.
- High Ropes Courses: Take your team to new heights as they ascend to the top of our forty-foot tall high ropes course. AVAILABLE AT MOHICAN ONLY.
